New works by Kelly Stewart at the Laughing Gravy Restaurant

Kelly Stewart is showing new mixed-media drawings of London in a series of mini prints at the Laughing Gravy Restaurant, 154-156 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8EN on Monday 9 July between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. Kelly, whose work is shown in Skylark 2 gallery, and who was selected as the Printfest Printmaker of the Year this year, will be talking about the screenprinting process she employs in her work at 6.30pm.

The prints will be available at this opening night at the special price of £55, a saving of £20 on the usual price. The works will be available at Skylark 2.

Kathleen and Jennifer Dutton: Inspired by Words

Kathleen and Jennifer Dutton are the next featured artists at Skylark 2 — although there’s still the chance to catch the extended range of photographs by Colin Pearce this weekend. The Duttons will be showing their work from 26 June to 8 July, and talking about how poetry and the written word inspires their art on Friday 29 June at 6.30pm. Feel free to visit the gallery and meet the artists over a glass of wine.

Remember, the Skylark galleries are now a short walk from the new Blackfriars South Bank tube entrance: to find us when you surface on the Thames footpath, just walk in the direction of the London Eye for a few minutes. It couldn’t be easier. More here.
